- Eye Bright is a strong anti-inflammatory with an affinity the eyes, nose and other mucous membranes. It helps reduce itching and swelling. Traditionally known to possess anticatarrhal, astringent and antiÐinflammatory properties.
Eye Bright contains tannins Gallic acid, iridoid glycosides such as 0.05% aucubin, catalpol, euphroside, ixoroside, lignans, flavonoids, including quercetin and apigenin glycosides, beta-carotene, phytosterols (beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol), resin, carbohydrates, and vitamin C. As the name suggests eyebright supports the eyes.
